MTN Foundation Scholarship Phase 5 Aptitude Test Exam Date, Venues and Requirements

Following the recent shortlist of the candidates for the Phase 5 MTNF Awards.

MTN Foundation Scholarship exam will be holding on Tuesday, 21st October, 2014.
Exam Date: 21st October, 2014
Venue for the MTN Foundation Phase 5 Aptitude Test
   •         Venue: Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, Imo State
   •         Time: 9.00am

Requirements for the 2014 MTN Foundation Scholarship Phase 5 Aptitude Test.
You are required to bring the following documents to the test venue:
   1.       2 passport photographs
   2.       Printout copy of this invitation
   3.       Valid student identity card (a photocopy and the original)
   4.       Driver’s license/or International passport/ or National identity card (a   photocopy and the original)
   5.       Admission letter for Tertiary Institution from relevant authority (a photocopy and the original)
